Answer:

The SharkX has a max range of 1.0KM and a max payload of 3KG.

Question 2: How long do the batteries of SharkX last on a full charge?

Answer:

It depends on wind resistance and weight of your bait. Without bait, our waterproof drone for fishing can normally fly for 24mins.

Question 3: Can I see the demo of the product?

Answer:

We will announce the demo schedules in NZ/AU/US on FB and Instagram. If are interested in seeing our products, please follow Rippton's official accounts.

Question 4: Do you have a distributor in the UK? Is SharkX available in the UK?

Answer:

Sorry, SharkX fishing drone is currently unavailable in the UK. Rippton is searching distributors and will announce the availability asap.

Question 5: How can I get a SharkX in the US?

Answer:

①. Place an order on Rippton's online store: www.rippton.com/product/sharkx. ②. After the order is confirmed, Rippton will arrange for shipping from local.

Question 6: Can I pick up the fishing drone myself in NZ/AU/US?

Answer:

Sorry, we do not support pick-up in these countries. Instead, your order will be dispatched from Rippton's local warehouses within 1-3 working days.

Question 7: What should be fishing drone when my drone does not connect to the remote control?

Answer:

Make sure both the fishing drone and the remote control have started up successfully. Generally speaking, it takes 60 seconds to 120 seconds for the fishing drone to automatically connect to the remote control. If connection failed, please switch both devices off and back on and try again. If it turns out that they would not connect to each other, please ask the seller for technical support.

Question 8: What causes the sudden disconnection of my fishing drone to the App?

Answer:

Check if your mobile device keeps connecting to the RC'S WiFi network.

Question 9: How long does it take to complete the battery maintenance?

Answer:

Normally, it takes 5 to 6 hours.
